Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the West Coast Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, classifies the reserve described in the Schedule, as a scenic reserve.

Revocation of a Declaration that Land be Protected Private Land

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 1 February 1979, No. 7, page 207, declaring that the private land described in the Schedule be protected private land for scenic purposes.
