Under the Harbour Boards Dry Land Endowment Revesting
Act 1991, I, Chris Carter, Minister of Conservation, hereby
approve the sale of the following parcel of land currently
vested in the Grey District Council, being part of the
land described in Part C of the Schedule to the Harbour
Boards Dry Land Endowment Revesting Act 1991, under
the description "Greymouth Harbour Lands" and being more
particularly described in the following Schedule.

An area of bush immediately surrounding Sticking Up Gully, located near Outram in the
lower hills north of the Taieri Plains, applying to an area between the watershed ridges
on both sides of Sticking Up Gully, extending from the ridgeline along McKendry Road
and down to Lee Creek, Topographic Map 260-H44 Lawrence, surrounding GR 895 809
to GR 897 801. Not named on current mapping.
Sticking Up Gully
A small gully surrounded by Garretts Bush, located near Outram in the lower hills north
of the Taieri Plains, running generally east then south, and joining with Lee Creek,
Topographic Map 260-H44 Lawrence, from GR 895 809 to GR 897 801. Not named on
current mapping.
