Notice of Proposed Amalgamation

Pursuant to section 221 (4) (b) of the Companies Act 1993, the board of The Snapper 8 Company Limited give public notice of the proposed amalgamation of The Snapper 8 Company Limited with The Pagrus Auratus Company Limited, and The Northern Inshore Fisheries Company Limited to form an amalgamated company to be called The Northern Fisheries Management Stakeholder Company Limited.

Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of The Snapper 8 Company Limited, or any person to whom The Snapper 8 Company Limited is under an obligation at the registered offices of The Snapper 8 Company Limited, during normal business hours.
