Notice is hereby given that on the 10th day of October 2005, Kerryn Mark Downey and William Guy Black, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed as receivers and managers of the property of Virgin Autos Limited (in receivership) under the powers contained in a security agreement dated the 21st day of November 2000.
