Land Transfer Act Notice

The applicants described below have applied under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of the easements which became redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below. I intend to remove the redundant easements at the expiry of one calendar month from the date of the publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette and provided that there is no objection lodged by anyone before that date.

Application: 6517996.1.

Applicants: Alec Leslie Stevens, Lynda Miriam Stevens and Paul Wayne Billing.

Redundant Easements: Right of way easements over part of the land in Computer Freehold Register NA76A/237, appurtenant to the land contained in Computer Freehold Register NA97C/86, created by memorandum of transfer C019220.1.

Circumstances: The dominant land has been subdivided under DP 161725, which resulted in that parcel of land becoming separated from the servient land.

Joint Family Homes Act Notice

The undermentioned persons have applied under the Joint Family Homes Act 1964 to register as a joint family home the land described below.

The land will be registered accordingly unless a caveat forbidding the granting of the application is lodged with me under that Act at the Wellington Office of Land Information New Zealand before the 16th day of January 2006, by some person claiming either to be a creditor of the applicant or to have some estate or interest in the said land.

Revocation of Dissolution of Charitable Trust Board

Section 26 (3) of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957

The Registrar of Incorporated Societies is satisfied that the dissolution of the following trust board ought to be revoked and has declared accordingly:

Freedomfest Charitable Trust 113892 (1 July 2005).

With this publication such trust is revived from the date of this dissolution (noted above) as if no dissolution had taken place.
