On the 15th day of September 2005, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the company be liquidated and that Bruce Reginald Patterson, of Duncan Cotterill Lawyers, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
