Road Realignment—Tiniroto Road, Hangaroa, Gisborne District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Trevor Knowles, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road vested in the Gisborne City Council;

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3):

(i) The land firstly described shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register GS27481, subject to section 8 of the Mining Act 1971, section 5 of the Coal Mines Act 1979 and appurtenant to easement certificate 5264883.2, which is subject to section 243 (a) of the Resource Management Act 1991;

(ii) The land secondly described shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register GS27480, subject to section 8 of the Mining Act 1971, section 5 of the Coal Mines Act 1979 and easement certificate 5264883.2, which is subject to section 243 (a) of the Resource Management Act 1991

on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
