Pursuant to section 39 of the Public Finance Act 1989
(as if that section had not been amended by the Public
Finance Amendment Act (PFAA) 2004, in accordance
with the transitional provisions in section 33 of the
PFAA 2004), I give notice that the annual report of
the National Library of New Zealand Te Puna Mātauranga
o Aotearoa for the year ended 30 June 2005 has been
published, containing its financial statements, audit report
and statement of responsibility for the period.

Notice of Claim

This notice is pursuant to section 101 (2) of the Public Trust
Act 2001.

To all creditors and claimants of Greentop Development
Limited (a company that ceased trading in March 2005
and was deregistered in August 2005):

The sum of $63,267.00 has been paid to Public Trust to hold
in the name of the deregistered company.

A claim has been lodged by the major shareholders of
Greentop Development Limited.

Public Trust proposes paying the amount of the claim,
less associated costs, to Greentop Development Limited,
subject to no notice of a claim being received on or prior
to 20 October 2005.

Any persons having any interest in priority to the
claimants must submit a claim to Public Trust, P.O. Box
13-245, Tauranga (Attention: Ken Southam) on or prior to
the above-mentioned date.

Note: This is the first and only notice of this claim.
