Pursuant to section 277 of the Accident Insurance Act 1998 and section 345 of the Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation, and Compensation Act 2001, I give notice that the Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC), as regulator, has published the financial statements, together with the audit report, for the Non-Compliers Fund for the year ended 30 June 2005, on Thursday, 22 September 2005.

Notice Under the Animal Products Act 1999 (Notice No. 1451)

Pursuant to section 164 of the Animal Products Act 1999, notice is given of the issue on 13 September 2005 of the Animal Products (Specifications for Limited Processing Fishing Vessels) Notice 2005, which comes into force on 31 October 2005.

Education

Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to Regulation 12 (1) (d) (i) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 1 July 2004, which was granted under those Regulations to Mary Ward in respect of Ellesmere Childcare Centre (70567), situated at 66 High Street, Leeston, Canterbury.

This cancellation also has the effect of cancelling any provisional licence issued to this service.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
