TARIFF (STATISTICAL REQUIREMENTS)
AMENDMENT NOTICE (No. 1) 2005

PURSUANT to Section 10 (2) of the Tariff Act 1988, and acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Commerce,
the Manager, Regulatory and Competition Policy Branch of the Ministry of Economic Development gives the following
Notice.

NOTICE

Title – This Notice is the Tariff (Statistical Requirements) Amendment Notice (No. 1) 2005.
Commencement – This Notice comes into force on 1 October 2005.
Statistical keys of certain tariff items amended – The Tariff is hereby amended by revoking the statistical keys of
Tariff items 2804.70.00, 2811.19.00, 2844.40.00, 2914.19.00, 2914.31.00, 2916.31.00, 2932.92.00, 2939.49.10 and
8507.80.00, and substituting the statistical keys specified in the First Schedule to this Notice.
Certain statistical keys of certain Tariff items amended – The Tariff is hereby amended by revoking the statistical
keys represented by the Tariff items and codes 1515.90.00 19L, 2811.29.00 09L, 3213.10.00 19G, 8479.89.00 39L,
8506.10.00 01H, 8506.10.00 03D, 8506.10.00 05L and 8506.10.00 07G, and substituting the statistical keys specified in
the Schedule to this Notice.
