Pursuant to section 328 of the Gambling Act 2003,
I, Catherine Jane Reid, Manager, Operational Policy,
Gambling Compliance Group, Department of Internal
Affairs, acting under authority delegated to me by the
Secretary for Internal Affairs, give notice that I have
amended, pursuant to section 327 of the Gambling Act
2003, the Gambling Act (Class 4 Gambling Equipment)
Minimum Standard 2004, published in the New Zealand
Gazette, 17 June 2004, No. 73, page 1757.\n
The amendment to the Gambling Act (Class 4 Gambling
Equipment) Minimum Standard 2004 shall take effect on
9 September 2005.
