Animal Products Act 1999

Animal Products (Amendments to Incorporated Material) Notice 2005, Notice (No. 1448)

Pursuant to section 168 (5) of the Animal Products Act 1999, I give notice that the following amendments to those Meat Act regime circulars and directives which are listed in Schedule 1 of the Animal Products (Ancillary and Transitional Provisions) Regulations 2000, shall take effect on the date of publication of this notice.

Notice

1. Manual 14: Game (issued May 1985), section 14.41 is revoked and replaced by "Industry Standard 4: Procurement of Animals for Food, issued 7 May 2002, section 4".

2. Copies of Industry Standard 4 can be:
   (a) inspected free of charge at the head office of New Zealand Food Safety Authority, South Tower, 68-86 Jervois Quay, (P O Box 2835), Wellington; or
