Trevor Knowles, Land Information New Zealand, declares

notice is hereby acquired for water supply purposes and
shall vest in the Whangarei District Council on the date of
publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) A right of way easement is acquired over the land
described in the Second Schedule to this notice appurtenant
to the land described in the First Schedule, upon the terms
and conditions set out in Schedule 4 to the Land Transfer
Regulations 2002, on the date of publication of this notice in
