8.3 No licence holder shall on any day kill more than 2 sports fish, other than perch, from the following waters:
(i) Lake Ngangana.
(ii) Lake Wiritoa.
(iii) Lake Namunamu.
(iv) Raetihi Hydro Dam.
(v) Lahar Lake.
(vi) Manganuioteao River and its tributaries.
(vii) All waters originating on the slopes of Mount Egmont/Taranaki, including Lakes Mangamahoe, Rotomanu, Opunake, Ratapiko and Rotorangi, but excluding waters specified in Sections 8.1 and 8.2 of this notice and the Waingongoro River downstream from Eltham Road.
8.4 No licence holder shall on any day kill more than 3 sports fish, other than perch, from the following waters:
(i) Manganuioteao River and its tributaries.
8.5 No licence holder shall on any day kill more than 4 sports fish, other than perch, from all other waters in the region.
8.6 There shall be no limit on the number of perch killed by a licence holder.
- FISH LENGTH
There is no length limit for sports fish caught in the Taranaki Fish and Game Region, except of the maximum length limit in Section 8.1.
