Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993

On the 29th day of July 2005, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Mission Cove Estate Limited be liquidated and that Paul Glass, chartered accountant of Dunedin, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.

The liquidation commenced on the 17th day of August 2005 at 10.05 a.m.
