Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary
integration agreement has been signed between the Minister
of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, acting
through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry
of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the
proprietor of the following school:
Tauranga Adventist School.
The said supplementary integration agreement was executed
on 8 August 2005.
A copy of the supplementary integration agreement is

Fisheries Act 1996

Fisheries (Coromandel Scallop Total Allowable
Catch) Notice 2005 (No. F331)

Pursuant to section 13 of the Fisheries Act 1996, the
Minister of Fisheries, after having regard to the matters
specified in that section, makes the following notice.

Notice

  1. Title—This notice may be cited as the Fisheries
    (Coromandel Scallop Total Allowable Catch) Notice 2005.
  2. Commencement—This notice shall come into effect the
    day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand
    Gazette.
  3. Coromandel Scallop Fishery defined—The Coromandel
    Scallop Fishery quota management area is the area as
    defined in Schedule 4 of the Fisheries (Declaration of
    New Stock Subject to Quota Management System) Notice
  4. Total allowable catch for the Coromandel Scallop
    Fishery increased for 2005-06 fishing year—The total
    allowable catch for the Coromandel Scallop Fishery for the
    2005-06 fishing year is increased to 239 tonnes meatweight
    in accordance with section 13 (7) of the Fisheries Act 1996.
  5. Total allowable catch for the Coromandel Scallop
    Fishery reverts—From 1 April 2006, the total allowable
    catch for the Coromandel Scallop Fishery reverts back to
    48 tonnes meatweight in accordance with section 13 (8) of
    the Fisheries Act 1996.

Health and Disability Services (Safety) Act 2001

Designation of Auditing Agency

Pursuant to section 32 of the Health and Disability
Services (Safety) Act 2001 (“the Act”), the Director-General
of Health designates Quality Health New Zealand
(“the auditing agency”) to audit the provision or likely
future provision of the following kinds of health care
services:

Hospital Care (as defined in section 4 (1) of the Act)
Rest Home Care (as defined in section 6 (2) of the Act)
Residential Disability Care (as defined in section 4 (1)
of the Act)

This designation is subject to the following conditions:

  1. The auditing agency must ensure that where it audits
    the provision of health care services for people with
    physical or sensory disabilities, intellectual disabilities,
    psychiatric disabilities or mental illnesses, the auditing
    agency observes the following:

● For audits involving services for people with physical
or sensory disabilities, a person with a pronounced
physical or sensory disability must fully participate
in all aspects of the audit.

● For audits involving services for people with
intellectual disabilities, a person with an intellectual
disability (accompanied by a support person where
necessary), or a close family or whanau member of
a person with an intellectual disability must participate
in all aspects of the audit.

● For people with psychiatric disabilities or mental
illnesses, a past or present consumer of mental health
services must fully participate in all aspects of the
audit.

  1. The auditing agency must inform the Ministry of Health
    immediately by way of written notice if there is any
    change to their accreditation status with ISQua.

Under section 38 of the Act, this designation will expire
three years after the date of this notification in the
New Zealand Gazette.
