Take notice that OTI Contracting Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at care of Collins and May Law Office, Level Four, 44 Queens Drive, Lower Hutt, has been placed in receivership by the debenture holder on the 9th day of August 2005 at 2.00 p.m.

Bruce Frederick McCullough, of Pritchard McCullough, Chartered Accountants, whose offices are First Floor, 8 Raroa Road, Lower Hutt, is appointed as the receiver.

The Property in Receivership is: The assets and undertakings of OTI Contractors Limited secured by a general security agreement dated the 10th day of August 2003, over all secured moneys.
