I, Barry Raymond Upson, of Inglewood, being a director of Powerco Limited, solemnly and sincerely declare that having made all reasonable enquiry, to the best of my knowledge, the information attached to this declaration is a true copy of information made available to the public by Powerco Limited under the Commerce Commission’s Electricity Information Disclosure Requirements 2004.
