Notice of Removal of a Trade Name Product From the Register of Trade Name Products
(Notice No. 1444)

Pursuant to section 22 (3) (b) of the Agricultural Compounds and Veterinary Medicines Act 1997, I hereby give notice that the product listed in the Annex has been removed from the Register of Trade Name Products and that the registration of this product, as a trade name product, has been cancelled.

Supplies of the product listed in the Annex that have entered the wholesale or retail market on, or prior to, the date of this notice may continue to be used and sold until the date specified in the Annex.

The sale and use of the product listed in the Annex is otherwise prohibited from the date of the publication of this notice.

Pursuant to section 29 (3) of the Building Act 2004, I give notice that the statement of proposal to issue compliance document F6/AS1 is available from the national office of the Department of Building and Housing, Level Eleven, Greenock House, 39 The Terrace, Wellington, and is available for downloading from the department’s web site:

www.dbh.govt.nz

Submissions on the statement of proposal may be made to Carolyn Pepper, Department of Building and Housing, P.O. Box 10-729, Wellington, or emailed to carolyn.pepper@dbh.govt.nz by 22 September 2005.

Pursuant to section 409 (2) (d) of the Building Act 2004, I give notice that the material proposed to be incorporated by reference in compliance document F6/AS1 is:
