Notice for Submissions on Draft Code for Mobile Content Services

Pursuant to Schedule 2 of the Telecommunications Act 2001,
the Telecommunications Carriers’ Forum has prepared a
draft code for mobile content services, a non-regulated
telecommunications service.

A copy of the draft code can be downloaded from
Telecommunications Carriers’ Forum web site at:
http://www.tcf.org.nz/

Parties wishing to make a submission on the draft code
should send it no later than close of business on
