Conservation Act 1987
Declaring the Disposition of Land to be Exempt From Section 24 of the Conservation Act 1987
Under section 24B (4) (b) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation declares that the marginal strip requirements set out in section 24 of the Conservation Act 1987 shall not apply to the disposition of the land required in connection with electricity works as the Karapiro Power Station specified in the Schedule hereto.

Ngāti Awa Claims Settlement Act 2005
Nohoanga Entitlements
Under section 90 (1) of the Ngāti Awa Claims Settlement Act 2005, the Minister of Conservation, as the land holding agent for the land listed in the Schedule, notifies that nohoanga entitlements have been granted on 20 April 2005 to the Ngāti Awa governance entity, Te Runanga o Ngāti Awa, over the land in the Schedule.
