Land Acquired for Road and Road Diversion—583 to 589 Pages Road, Christchurch
Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into:
(a) The land described in the First Schedule is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Christchurch City Council;
(b) The land described in the Second Schedule is hereby acquired for road diversion and shall vest in the Christchurch City Council
on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and further declares, pursuant to section 52 (1), to be set apart for the generation of electricity and vested in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
