industry previously covered by the Real Estate Industry
Training Organisation.

REINZ Industry Training Organisation Limited therefore
has full recognition to set standards at Levels 1 to 8 on the
National Qualifications Framework for the real estate
industry for a period of five years with effect from 24 June
2004.

Boating Industry Training Organisation

Pursuant to section 5 of the Industry Training Act 1992,
the Boating Industry Training Organisation is granted full
recognition to set standards at Levels 1 to 10 on the National
Qualifications Framework for the design, building and
manufacturing of yachts and boats from small dinghies to
ocean-going motor and sail yachts up to an overall length
of 120 metres (400 feet), and marine oriented supporting
activities such as the buying and selling of craft, maintenance
and servicing of these vessels (excluding power boat
servicing), for five years with effect from 1 May 2005.
