Land Set Apart for a Conservation Area—State Highway No. 2, Pakipaki, Hastings District
Pursuant to section 52 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be set apart for a conservation area, under the Conservation Act 1987, and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Land to be Declared Road—State Highway No. 1, Robinsons/Curraghs Roads, Selwyn District
Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Reserves Act 1977
Revocation of Reserves
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator of the Canterbury Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation over the lands described in the Schedule as reserves for the purposes specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the lands with the effect that the lands are now Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act 1948.
