Land Vested in Mighty River Power Limited

Pursuant to section 24 (1) of the State-Owned Enterprises Act 1986, the Ministers of Finance and State-Owned Enterprises, the shareholding ministers, hereby give notice as follows.

Notice

1. Title—This notice may be cited as the Mighty River Power Limited Vesting Notice 2005 No. 1.

2. Application—This notice applies to the land described in the Schedule to this notice, saving and excepting: Exemption from section 24 of the Conservation Act 1987, marginal strips published in New Zealand Gazette, 3 February 2005, No. 32, page 778.

3. Vesting—The land to which this notice applies shall vest for an estate in fee simple in Mighty River Power Limited (a company duly incorporated under the Companies Act 1955, having its registered office at Auckland, and being a State-Owned Enterprise within the meaning of section 29 (1) of the State-Owned Enterprises Act 1986).
