The sum of $10,724.00 has been paid to Public Trust to hold
in the name of the deregistered company.

A claim has been lodged by Christopher Thaddeus Patterson, a former director and shareholder of Hexchange Limited.

Public Trust proposes paying the amount of the claim,
less associated costs, to Christopher Thaddeus Patterson
subject to no notice of a claim being received on or prior to
18 August 2005.

Any persons having any interest in priority to the claimant
must submit a claim to Public Trust, P.O. Box 13-245,
Tauranga (Attention: Ken Southam) on or prior to the
above-mentioned date.

Note: This is the first and only notice of this claim.

(B) the building society is in compliance
with the terms of offer of debt securities in
the building society’s current registered
prospectus and with the terms of the building
society’s trust deed; and

(ii) a written undertaking from the building society that
it will, as soon as practicable, notify that Crown
Entity in writing if that building society no longer
satisfies any of the conditions specified in (a) (i)
above;

(b) that have not notified a Crown Entity in writing that that
building society no longer satisfies any of the conditions
specified in (a) (i) above.

Notice of Approval Given Pursuant to Section 158 (1) (b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004

On and from 25 July 2005, being the expiry date of the
grace period set out under section 195 of the Crown Entities
Act 2004, take notice that I, The Honourable Dr Michael
John Cullen, Minister of Finance, pursuant to section
158 (1) (b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, hereby approve
the establishment, maintenance and operation of bank
accounts by Murchison Area School board of trustees at
the Nelson Building Society, provided that the Nelson
Building Society has:

(a) given to the Murchison Area School board of trustees:

(i) written confirmation that the Nelson Building
Society is in compliance with the terms of offer of
debt securities in the society’s current registered
prospectus and with the terms of its trust deed; and

(ii) a written undertaking from the Nelson Building
Society that it will, as soon as practicable, notify
the Murchison Area School board of trustees in
writing if the Nelson Building Society no longer
satisfies the condition specified in (a) (i) above;

(b) not notified the Murchison Area School board of
trustees in writing that the Nelson Building Society no
longer satisfies the condition specified in (a) (i) above.

Notice of Approval Given Pursuant to Section 158 (1) (b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004

On and from 25 July 2005, being the expiry date of the

Act 2004, take notice that I, The Honourable Dr Michael
John Cullen, Minister of Finance, pursuant to section
158 (1) (b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, hereby approve
the establishment, maintenance and operation of bank
accounts by Crown Entities (as that term is defined in
the Crown Entities Act 2004) at New Zealand registered
building societies:

(a) that have given to the relevant Crown Entity:

(i) written confirmation that:

(A) the building society has total equity of at least
$15 million; and

Pursuant to section 158 (4) of the Crown Entities Act 2004,
I, The Honourable Dr Michael John Cullen, Minister of
Finance, hereby give notice that on 16 March 2005, I gave
approval, pursuant to section 158 (2) (a) (i) of the Crown
Entities Act 2004, for the Auckland District Health Board
to continue to operate its existing current account with the
Commonwealth Bank of Australia in Sydney denominated
in Australian dollars.

Notice of Approvals Given Pursuant to Section 158 (2) (a) (i) of the Crown Entities Act 2004

Pursuant to section 158 (4) of the Crown Entities Act 2004,
I, The Honourable Dr Michael John Cullen, Minister of
Finance, hereby give notice that on 15 July 2005, I gave
approval, pursuant to section 158 (2) (a) (i) of the Crown
Entities Act 2004, for:

1. Television New Zealand Limited holding and operating
   accounts with a bank in England that meets the
   credit-rating test specified for banks or building
   societies registered in New Zealand in Regulation 7 of
   the Crown Entities (Financial Powers) Regulations
   2005;

2. Television New Zealand Limited holding and operating
   accounts with a bank in Australia that meets the
   credit-rating test specified for banks or building
   societies registered in New Zealand in Regulation 7 of
   the Crown Entities (Financial Powers) Regulations
   2005;

3. New Zealand Trade and Enterprise holding and
   operating accounts with any bank outside New Zealand
   that meets the credit-rating test specified for
   banks or building societies registered in New Zealand
   in Regulation 7 of the Crown Entities (Financial
   Powers) Regulations 2005;

4. New Zealand Trade and Enterprise holding and operating
   accounts with any branch of the Bank of China in
   China, and with any branch of the Kasikorn Bank
   in Thailand;

5. the New Zealand Tourism Board holding and operating
   accounts with any branch or subsidiary of the HSBC
   Group, provided that the branch or subsidiary meets the
   credit-rating test as specified for banks or building
   societies registered in New Zealand in Regulation 7 of
   the Crown Entities (Financial Powers) Regulations
   2005;
