Notice of Dissolution of Society

Pursuant to Section 15 (c) (v) of the Industrial
and Provident Societies Act 1908

I hereby give notice that on the 14th day of July
2005, I registered an instrument of dissolution of Valley
Feeds Co-operative Society Limited.

Unless, within three months from the 21st day of July 2005,
a member or other person interested in or having any claim
on the funds of the society commences proceedings to set
aside the dissolution of the society under the above
section, and such dissolution is set aside, the society shall
be legally dissolved from such date.

21 JULY 2005

Notice of any such proceeding is to be sent to the Registrar
at Level Five, District Court Building, 3 Kingston Street,
Auckland 1, or Private Bag 92-061, Auckland Mail Centre,
not less than seven days before such proceeding is
commenced.
