Notice is hereby given that on the 6th day of July 2005, Arron Leslie Heath and Lloyd James Hayward, chartered accountants, were appointed receivers and managers of the property of Twilight Construction Limited under the powers contained in a security agreement dated the 1st day of July 1998 given by that company.
