Your vote will not be counted unless this paper is delivered or posted to the Returning Officer in the envelope which was included with this voting paper. If you post this paper, your vote will not be counted unless it is posted no later than 5 days after the day of the election and received by the Returning Officer not later than 5 days after the day of the election. If you deliver this paper or have it delivered, your vote will not be counted unless the paper is delivered to:
- the Returning Officer before noon on the day of the election, or
- a postmarked before noon on the day of the election and received by the Returning Officer no later than 5 days after the day of the election.
