Long Bay, North Shore City

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
Trevor Knowles, Land Information New Zealand, declares
that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into,
the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby
acquired for road and vested in the North Shore City Council
on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand
Gazette.

Leasehold Estate Acquired for the Generation of

Electricity (and Declared Crown Land)—McAughtries Road, Waitaki District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to
a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Trevor
Knowles, Land Information New Zealand, declares that,
pursuant to agreements to that effect having been entered
into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the First
and Second Schedules to this notice held from Her Majesty
the Queen by The Cairn Station Limited, under and by
virtue of lease OT338/82, is acquired for the generation
of electricity and shall vest in the Crown on the date of
publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette, and
further declares, pursuant to section 42 (3) (b), the land
described in the Second Schedule shall be Crown land,
subject to the Land Act 1948.\n

Amending a Notice Acquiring the Leasehold Estate

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to
a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Trevor
Knowles, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends
the notice acquiring leasehold estate for the generation of
electricity, dated the 20th day of July 1987 and published in
the New Zealand Gazette, 30 July 1987, No. 123, page 3529,
by deleting the following areas from the Schedule.

Pursuant to section 52 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981,
and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
Trevor Knowles, Land Information New Zealand, declares
the land described in the First and Second Schedules to this
notice to be set apart for the generation of electricity and
shall remain vested in the Crown, and further declares,
pursuant to section 42 (3) (b), the land described in the
Second Schedule shall be Crown land, subject to the Land
Act 1948.
