Land Acquired for Road—Lud Valley Road, Nelson City

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for road and vested in Nelson City Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Reserves Act 1977

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Manukau City Council hereby notifies that the following resolution was adopted by the Manukau City Council at its meeting on 28 November 2002 under minute number 1772/02:

“That Lot 1, DP 63604 (certificate of title 20A/978) be declared to be historic reserve in accordance with the requirements of section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977.”

Authorisation of the Exchange of a Reserve for Other Land

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager of the Canterbury Conservancy of the Department of Conservation authorises the exchange of the recreation reserve described in the First Schedule for the land described in the Second Schedule.

The land described in the First Schedule shall become fee simple, and the land described in the Second Schedule to become reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and held for recreation purposes.

Corrigendum—Inclusion of General Land in an Existing Māori Reservation

In the notice dated the 29th day of September 2000 with the above heading and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 19 October 2000, number 142, page 3749, the following amendment is required:

The description of the land to be included in the existing Māori Reservation be amended to read

Lot 7, Deposited Plan 194153, being all the land contained in certificate of title, Volume 123A, folio 596, North Auckland Registry

and not

Part Lot 2, Deposited Plan 171056.
