Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle

Pursuant to section 128 or 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, on 5 August 2004 at the Tauranga District Court, Simon John Hole was convicted of the following offence – driving with excess breath alcohol level – and in addition to the sentence imposed on him, the Court has ordered that a 1990 Ford Fairmont motor vehicle, Registration No. OW6988 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 136 of the Sentencing Act 2002.

Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle

Pursuant to section 128 or 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, on 5 August 2004 at the Tauranga District Court, Sarah Christine Denise Quilty was convicted of the following offence – driving with excess breath alcohol level – and in addition to the sentence imposed on her, the Court has ordered that a 1991 Mazda Familia motor vehicle, Registration No. APJ551 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 136 of the Sentencing Act 2002.

Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle

An order was made in the Auckland District Court on 24 May 2004, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
