On the 30th day of July 2004, it was resolved by special
resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act
1993, that Tiger Orchards 1993 Limited be liquidated and
that Bruce Donald Gemmell, chartered accountant of
Christchurch, and William Guy Black, chartered accountant
of Auckland, be appointed jointly and severally as
liquidators for the purpose.

The liquidation commenced on the 30th day of July 2004 at
3.00 p.m.

Creditors and shareholders may direct inquiries to us during

The directors have resolved that the company will be able to
pay its debts.

their claims are made or excluded from objecting to any
distribution made before the priority of their claims is
