Social Workers Registration Board (Fees and
Disciplinary Levy) Notice 2004*

Pursuant to sections 108 and 109 of the Social Workers
Registration Act 2003, the following notice is given.

Notice

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be
   cited as the Social Workers Registration Board (Fees and
   Disciplinary Levy) Notice 2004.

(2) This notice comes into force on 1 October 2004.

2. Fees—The Social Workers Registration Board sets the
   following fees and disciplinary levies payable to the board
   specified in the attached Schedule.

3. Tax—The fees are inclusive of goods and services tax.
