The Ngāi Tahu Ancillary Claims Trust has applied to the Māori Land Court in Christchurch for approval of the final list of owners for the following claims:

Claim No. 1 Kaikoura:
The land described as Section 1, SO 6917. Area 9930 square metres. Takahanga Terrace, Kaikoura.

Claim No. 2 Kaikoura:
The land described as Section 1, SO 6949. Area 3.9090 hectares. Dover Terrace, Kaikoura.

Claim No. 18 Bruce Bay:
Lots 1, 2 and 3, DP 3882. Area 1.6805 hectares. State Highway No. 6, Bruce Bay. Allocation Plans A483, A484 and A485. Area 60.0086 hectares. State Highway No. 6, Bruce Bay.

A copy of this final list may be inspected at any office of Te Puni Kokiri, any Māori Land Court or at all Papatipu Marae in the South Island.

Any person who wishes to object to the final list must do so in writing to the Māori Land Court, P.O. Box 2200, Christchurch, or by facsimile on (03) 962 4901 by 31 August 2004.

Land Set Apart for Road—Mangawhai Road, Mangawhai

Pursuant to section 52 (1) (b) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Arthur Ross Marbeck, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be set apart for road and vested in the Kaipara District Council.

Land Declared Road—State Highway No. 3, Carrs and Mokau Roads, New Plymouth District

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J.
