I, John Francis Managh, of Napier, hereby give notice that
by resolution of the shareholders of the company, pursuant
to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, on the
15th day of July 2004, I was appointed liquidator of Chelsea
Court (2003) Limited.

Pursuant to section 312 of the Companies Act 1993,
creditors are invited to file proofs of debt in the liquidation.
Proofs are to be received by the liquidator no later than the
19th day of August 2004, as failure to prove by that date
may lead to late claims being excluded from any distribution.

I, Eric Thomas Parr, hereby give notice that, for the purpose
of winding up a non-trading company and pursuant to
section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, I was

from the 13th day of July 2004.

The directors have resolved that the company was solvent
prior to my appointment and therefore, pursuant to section

Act 1993, that Farmer Keith Limited be liquidated and
