Notification of Ordinary Rule

Pursuant to section 161 (3) of the Land Transport Act 1998, notification is hereby given of the making of Land Transport Rule: Vehicle Equipment (Rule 32017).

This rule will come into force on 27 February 2005.

This ordinary rule is available for inspection free of charge at the Head Office of the Land Transport Safety Authority of New Zealand, 7-27 Waterloo Quay, Wellington, and for purchase from August 2004 at bookshops that sell legislation or direct from Wickliffe Limited, P.O. Box 932, Dunedin.
