appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of Covich
Contractors Limited at 11.02 a.m.

The liquidation commenced as at the date and time of our
appointment.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the 8th
day of October 2004, as the day on or before which the
creditors of the company are to make their claims and to
establish any priority their claims may have, under section
