Telecommunications Act 2001

Application for Pricing Review

On 14 June 2004, the Commerce Commission made a
determination, under section 27 of the Telecommunications
Act 2001 ("the Act"), on the TelstraClear Application for
Determination for "Residential Wholesale" Designated
Access Services ("Decision 525").

Pursuant to section 44 (d) of the Act, the Commerce
Commission gives public notice that it has received
applications, under section 42 of the Act, from TelstraClear
Limited ("TelstraClear") and Telecom Corporation of
New Zealand Limited ("Telecom") for a pricing review
determination of the wholesale discount for designated
access services supplied by Telecom to TelstraClear under
Decision 525.
