Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register
Take notice that it is intended to remove CC 5 Limited from the New Zealand Register, under section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that it has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Companies Act 1993.
Any objections, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, to this removal must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies, Private Bag 92-061, Auckland Mail Centre, Auckland, by the 21st day of July 2004.

Address of Registered Office: 24 Wakefield Street, Westport.
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993, the Registrar will be removing the above-named company from the Register on the grounds that the liquidators have completed their duties.
The liquidators have delivered their final report on the liquidation in terms of section 257 (1) of the Companies Act 1993 to the Registrar.
Any objection to the removal, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than the 6th day of August 2004.

Public Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry On Business in New Zealand
Public notice is given that, pursuant to section 341 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the Registrar of Companies will remove Buxmont Academy from the Register as the company will cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
The grounds are that the company has ceased to carry on business in New Zealand and has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors in New Zealand.
Unless written objection to such removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, is sent or delivered to the Registrar of Companies by 10th day of October 2004 (being a date not earlier than three months after the date of this notice), the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
