Upon reading the application of Public Trust for an order appointing Public Trust as manager of all the real and personal property in New Zealand belonging to Trevor Wayne Henderson and the affidavits of Shirley Patricia Henderson and John Christopher Collins and upon the application of Julia Mary Finnigan on behalf of Public Trust, this Court orders Public Trust is appointed as manager of all real and personal property in New Zealand belonging to Trevor Wayne Henderson, of 11 Main Road, Onewhero, R.D. 2, Tuakau, pursuant to sections 99 and 100 of the Public Trust Act 2001.

Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation, and Compensation Act 2001

Notice of Proposal to Recommend Changes to the Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation, and Compensation (Liability to Pay or Contribute to Cost of Treatment) Regulations 2003

Pursuant to section 324 of the Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation, and Compensation Act 2001, the Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC) gives notice of its intention to recommend to the Minister for ACC that changes be made to the Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation, and Compensation (Liability to Pay or Contribute to Cost of Treatment) Regulations 2003.

A period of public consultation on the proposed Regulations is also notified and details are given below:

1. An explanation of ACC’s proposal to recommend that such Regulations be made, as well as the proposed Regulations, are contained in the consultation document titled Cost of Treatment Regulations (changes for registered medical practitioners, specified treatment providers and radiologists). The document may be obtained:

   • by telephone on 0800 433 411 or
   • by emailing treatment.costs@acc.co.nz or
   • from the ACC web site www.acc.co.nz or
   • by writing to Treatment Costs Consultation, Strategy and Policy, ACC, P.O. Box 242, Wellington.

2. Written submissions on the proposed Regulations are invited from members of the public and interested organisations.

3. The last date on which ACC will receive written submissions on the proposed Regulations is Friday, 30 July 2004.

4. Submissions are to be forwarded to: Treatment Costs Consultation, Strategy and Policy, ACC, P.O. Box 242, Wellington.
