Declaration That Land is a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Chief Executive Officer of the Napier City Council hereby notifies that on 11 August 1999, the Napier City Council passed the following resolution:
“That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Napier City Council resolves that the land held by the said city in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and is hereby declared to be a local purpose (boating club) reserve within the meaning of the said Act.”

Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993
Including General Land in an Existing Māori Reservation and Redefining the Purpose of the Māori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, part of the general land known as Whetumatarau B31 was set apart as a Māori reservation (New Zealand Gazette, 14 August 2003, No. 101, page 2694), and on the further recommendation of the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the balance of the land as described in the Schedule hereto is hereby included in the existing Māori reservation and the Māori reservation is redefined as a Māori reservation for the purpose of an urupa for the common use and benefit of the descendants of Heni Tunurangi Wanoa or Kamizona.
