Gambling Act 2003

Declaration That Casino Gambling Equipment Must be Approved

Pursuant to section 326 of the Gambling Act 2003,
I, Christopher Blake, Secretary for Internal Affairs, declare
that all gambling equipment used to conduct or monitor
casino gambling must be approved by me as complying with
minimum standards relevant to the equipment before the
equipment may be used under a licence granted under
the Gambling Act 2003.

This declaration shall take effect on 1 July 2004.

Pursuant to section 326 of the Gambling Act 2003,
I, Christopher Blake, Secretary for Internal Affairs, declare
that all gambling equipment used to conduct or monitor
class 4 gambling must be approved by me as complying
with minimum standards relevant to the equipment before
the equipment may be used under a licence granted under the
Gambling Act 2003.\n

Notice That Minimum Standards for Gambling Equipment Used to Conduct or Monitor Class 4 Gambling Have Been Prescribed

Pursuant to section 328 of the Gambling Act 2003,
I, Christopher Blake, Secretary for Internal Affairs, give
notice that I have prescribed, pursuant to section 327 of
the Act, the Gambling Act (Class 4 Gambling Equipment)
Minimum Standard 2004.

The Gambling Act (Class 4 Gambling Equipment) Minimum
Standard 2004 shall take effect on 1 July 2004.

Minimum Standard 2004 may be obtained from the
Department of Internal Affairs web site:
