Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Brian Joseph Walshe and Bruce Allen Dring were appointed liquidators of Sati Holdings Limited (in liquidation).

The liquidation commenced on the 9th day of June 2004.
