(4) In this regulation, UN Model Regulations means the 13th
revised edition of the Recommendation on the Transport of
Dangerous Goods Model Regulations, published in 2003 by the
United Nations.
Regulation 10
The regulations apply to each hazardous substance described in
Schedule 1 (pesticides) with variation code 7 as if each item in
Schedule 2 of the regulations relating to each hazard classification
were omitted and the following substituted:

Regulation 32
This regulation applies to each hazardous substance described in
Schedule 1 (pesticides) as if subclauses (1) and (2) were omitted.
Regulation 49
The regulations apply to the following hazardous substances as if
regulation 49 were omitted:
- Suspension concentrate containing 440 g/litre buprofezin
- Water dispersible granule containing 500 g/kg buprofezin

Changes to Controls
Regulation 19
The regulations apply to the following hazardous substances as if
regulation 19 were omitted:
- Water dispersible granule containing 25,000 ITU/mg Bacillus thuringiensis subspecies aizawai/kurstaki conjugated strain
- Water dispersible granule containing 32,000 ITU/mg Bacillus thuringiensis subspecies aizawai/kurstaki (Substance A)
- Bait containing 10 g/kg iron (III) phosphate
- Water soluble granule containing 600 g/kg maleic hydrazide
- Bait containing 16 g/kg metaldehyde (acetaldehyde homopolymer)
Regulation 19
This regulation applies to each hazardous substance described in
Schedule 1 (pesticides) with variation code 8 as if the words
"Schedule 1" in subclause (1)(a) were omitted and the following
substituted:
