Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle
Pursuant to section 128 or 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, on 14 January 2004 at the Tauranga District Court, Daniel James Pinfold was convicted of the following offence – driving with excess breath alcohol level – and in addition to the sentence imposed on him, the Court has ordered that a 1992 Mazda MS6 motor vehicle, Registration No. WX8140 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 136 of the Sentencing Act 2002.

New Zealand Sports Turf Industry Training Organisation Incorporated
The Board of the Tertiary Education Commission Te Amorangi Mātauranga Matua approved, pursuant to section 5 of the Industry Training Act 1992, recognition for the New Zealand Sports Turf Industry Training Organisation Incorporated to set standards at Levels 1 to 8 on the National Qualifications Framework for the sports turf industry for a further period of five years with effect from 7 December 2003.

The Board of the Tertiary Education Commission Te Amorangi Mātauranga Matua approved, pursuant to section 5 of the Industry Training Act 1992, full recognition for the New Zealand Flooring Industry Training Organisation Incorporated to set standards at Levels 1 to 8 on the National Qualifications Framework for the flooring industry in the following areas:
Production, distribution, sales, and installation of resilient/soft flooring and associated flooring surfaces excluding the production, distribution, sales, installation and maintenance of flooring surfaces such as slate, cement/clay tiles and pavers, ceramic tiles and natural stone, and liquid floor coatings, seamless flooring and screeds;
for a further period of five years with effect from 27 November 2003.
