Notice of Parliamentary By-election for Te Tai Hauauru
Nominations are called for a Parliamentary by-election to be held on Saturday, 10 July 2004, for the Te Tai Hauauru electorate.

Nomination of Electorate Candidates
Candidates must be nominated by two people enrolled in the electorate. The nominators and the candidate must complete form M40-Nom (obtainable from the Returning Officer). A deposit of $300 (cash, bank draft or bank cheque) is required.

Deadline for Nomination of Electorate Candidates
Candidate nominations must be with the Returning Officer not later than NOON on 15 JUNE 2004. Nominators and candidates are encouraged to ensure that all nomination requirements are completed as soon as possible as the deadlines cannot be extended. Please contact the Returning Officer to make arrangements for presenting the nominations.
