Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to
a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald
Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, hereby
amends the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette,
11 July 2002, No. 78, page 2092, acquiring land for a right
of way (pedestrian)—Lyn Grove, Tauranga District, by:

(a) substituting the words "Land Acquired for Right of
Way (Pedestrian)" in the heading of the notice with
the words "Right of Way (Pedestrian) Easement in
Gross Acquired"; and

(b) deleting the words "the land described in the
Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for a right
of way (pedestrian)" in the fifth and sixth lines of
the body of the notice and substituting the words
"a right of way (pedestrian) easement in gross over
the land described in the Schedule to this notice is
hereby acquired".
