Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation
from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland,
Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described
in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in
the Hurunui District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the
portion of road described in the Second Schedule to
this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3),
amalgamated with the land in Computer Register
CB35A/852, subject to memorandum of mortgage 5867351.2,
a right of way by easement certificate 915752.4, a right of
way and right to convey telecommunication and electricity
by lease 5164365.1 (Computer Register 27608).

(c) Declares the land described in the Third Schedule to
