Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Property

Pursuant to Section 104DD of the Property Law Act 1952

Take notice that on the 12th day of May 2004, Bridgecorp Finance Limited, by virtue of memorandum of mortgage D. 626089.3 (North Auckland Registry) upon the property situated at 45A Clayburn Road, Glen Eden, Auckland, being all the land comprised in Computer Register NA1002/60, entered into possession of the mortgaged property.

The registered office of Bridgecorp Finance Limited is at Level Fourteen, Bridgecorp House, 36 Kitchener Street, Auckland.

Agricultural Compounds and Veterinary Medicines Act 1997

Notice of Application to Register a Trade Name Product (Notice No. 1333)

Pursuant to section 14 (1) of the Agricultural Compounds and Veterinary Medicines Act 1997, the Director-General of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry hereby gives notice that the following application has been made to register a trade name product under section 9 (1) of the Agricultural Compounds and Veterinary Medicines (ACVM) Act 1997:

Trade Name: Anthrax Vaccine (Living Spore Sterne Strain)

Reference: A09372

Active Ingredient:
Live spores of Bacillus anthracis (Sterne 34F2 strain)

General Use Claim:
For active immunisation of sheep, goats, cattle, pigs and horses against anthrax disease caused by Bacillus anthracis.

Any person may make a written submission to the Director-General under section 17 of the ACVM Act 1997 concerning the application notified above.

Such submissions:

(a) must state in full the reasons for making the submission;

(b) may state any decision sought on that application;

(c) must be received by the Director-General no later than 30 working days after the date of notification in this New Zealand Gazette; and

(d) should be forwarded to the address given below.

A copy of every submission will be forwarded to the applicant for their information.

A copy of the public information on the application may be obtained from ACVM Group, New Zealand Food Safety Authority, P.O. Box 2835, Wellington.

Pursuant to section 153 (1) (b) (3) of the Education Act 1989, I hereby declare that Wairoa College (214) will become a Year 7-13 composite school on 28 January 2005 and will cease to be a Year 9-13 secondary school on that day.
